Piyush Dhupia has been elevated to Assistant Vice President at Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd., marking another milestone in his career spanning more than two decades in information technology, digital transformation, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical technology operations.

A seasoned technology leader, Piyush has played a pivotal role in driving enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, GxP compliance, and the development of secure, high-performance technology ecosystems that support pharmaceutical manufacturing and business operations.

Piyush joined Troikaa Pharmaceuticals as General Manager – Information Technology and was later promoted to Senior General Manager – Information Technology before assuming his current leadership role. 

During his tenure, he has led several strategic initiatives, including enterprise-wide IT transformation, infrastructure modernisation, IT/OT integration, data centre and disaster recovery programmes, regulatory compliance, and technology projects supporting manufacturing excellence.

Before joining Troikaa, he spent nearly seven years with Lupin as IT Manager, where he managed large-scale IT infrastructure and network transformation projects. 

Earlier, Piyush held progressive leadership roles at Reliance Industries Limited (Oil & Gas), advancing from Network Engineer to Network Manager while supporting major energy projects. He began his professional journey with Religare Securities Ltd., where he built a strong foundation in enterprise networking and IT operations.
