Procter & Gamble Health reports Q4 sales at Rs. 277 Cr

Procter & Gamble Health Limited today announced its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. The fourth quarter reported sales was Rs. 277 crores, down 5% vs. the previous year, owing to changes in the go-to-market model.

The company reported a Profit (before exceptional items and tax) of Rs. 43 crore for the quarter, down 3% vs a year ago. The exceptional items include impairment charges amounting to Rs. 20 crore.

For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, the company recorded sales of Rs. 1,129 crores, down 6% vs. a year ago. Profit (before exceptional items and tax) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024 was Rs. 294 crores, down 7% vs a year ago.

Milind Thatte, Managing Director, P&G Health India, commented on the performance, stating, "Our results this quarter reflect the typically seasonality of shipments during this period.
