Sonika Natalkar has joined Lupin as Deputy General Manager – Marketing, returning to the pharmaceutical company after a previous stint of more than six years.

Natalkar brings over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and commercial strategy, with expertise spanning women’s health, oncology, orthopaedics, gastroenterology and dermatology.

Her experience includes portfolio management, P&L ownership, business growth, commercial strategy, M&A integration and division setup.

Prior to joining Lupin, Natalkar served as Head of Marketing at Indoco Remedies, where she led a Rs. 61 crore division and oversaw sales operations involving a field force of more than 190 professionals. She also worked on portfolio turnaround and revenue-growth initiatives during her tenure.

Earlier in her career, Natalkar held product and portfolio leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Bharat Serums and Vaccines, and Integrace Health.

She previously spent over six years at Lupin, serving as Product Manager and Senior Product Manager. Her return to Lupin marks another leadership move in the company’s marketing function.
