Adya Anubhuti launches ADHD Copilot, an AI-powered platform designed to reduce stress and mental overload
At just 19, University of California, Davis, freshman Adya Anubhuti is balancing neuroscience research, community advocacy, and startup leadership, all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
Her latest AI startup venture, ADHDCopilot is an AI-powered platform designed to reduce stress and mental overload for people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Within months of launch, the free to sign-up ADHD Copilot gained strong traction with over 3500 followers and a curated platform of 50+ top-rated AI tools for the ADHD community. The platform is designed to redefine how technology supports and interacts with non-linear minds.
Adya, a Cognitive Science major and research assistant at the UC Davis MIND Institute’s Memory and Development Lab, says the idea came directly from lived experience. “I built ADHD Copilot not just as a product, but from navigating systems that were not designed for how my brain works,” she explained.
Adya’s background is unusually diverse for a college freshman. She administers MRI sessions and manages neuroimaging data in developmental neuroscience studies, while also serving as a community representative for the Alzheimer’s Association.
