Agappe Diagnostics Ltd has appointed Rahul Raman Nair as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to focus on growth, innovation, and organizational excellence.

Rahul brings over 17 years of experience in human resources leadership across the healthcare, banking, information technology, and FMCG sectors. 

He has extensive expertise in strategic HR management, talent development, organizational transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development.

In his new role, Rahul will be responsible for driving Agappe’s people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting the company’s long-term business objectives through talent and organizational initiatives.

Prior to joining Agappe Diagnostics, Rahul served as Head of Human Resources at Ramaiah Memorial Hospital. He has also held key leadership positions including Corporate HR Director and Chief People Officer at Starcare Hospital, Vice President – Human Resources at Amtex Systems Inc., and Circle HR Head at Axis Bank. He began his HR career as a Specialist – HR at Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd.

With leadership experience across multiple sectors and organizations, Rahul is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening Agappe’s people-centric culture and enhancing workforce capabilities as the diagnostics company expands its operations and market presence.
