The company posted a robust 39.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit, reaching Rs. 182 crore, compared to Rs. 131 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

Commenting on the results, Dr. Krishna Prasad Chigurupati, Chairman & Managing Director of Granules India Limited said, “We filed two potential first-to-file ANDAs in H1, which makes it a total of three potential first to file ANDAs and continue to shift towards complex generics and peptide CDMO. With the balance warrant proceeds received, we hold net cash of ₹828 Cr to invest in R&D, manufacturing and quality”.
