Pune health-tech startup clinics on cloud raises $12.5 million as it sets sights on global expansion

  • By IPP Bureau | November 03, 2026
Pune-based health-tech startup Clinics On Cloud has raised USD 12.5 million in Series A funding from Dubai-based investors through Model42, powered by Enlightened Minds Investments, marking a major milestone in its journey towards taking technology-driven preventive healthcare to global markets.

The fresh capital will fuel the company's ambitions to strengthen its artificial intelligence (AI)-led healthcare capabilities, ramp up research and development, and expand its connected microclinic ecosystem.

Founded with the vision of making preventive healthcare accessible to everyone, Clinics On Cloud is now gearing up for an international expansion, with plans to take its technology and microclinic infrastructure beyond India.

The company is also looking to forge partnerships with global healthcare innovators to integrate emerging AI applications and advanced screening technologies into its platform. The move is aimed at bringing next-generation healthcare solutions closer to communities, beyond the confines of traditional healthcare facilities.

"For eight years, we have built Clinics On Cloud with a simple belief that quality healthcare should never depend on someone's PIN code." said Abhay Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Clinics On Cloud.

"This investment gives us the opportunity to take that vision global. Healthcare technology is advancing rapidly, but the real opportunity is making these innovations accessible to people, wherever they are. That's the infrastructure we want to build."

With the UAE emerging as its global expansion hub, Clinics On Cloud is eyeing opportunities across Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia.

The company will also channel the investment into strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology companies and organisations seeking to establish connected microclinics in different markets.

The latest funding signals the company's ambition to scale beyond its existing footprint and position its connected microclinic model as part of a wider global push to make preventive healthcare more accessible, technology-driven and geographically inclusive.
