Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospital has appointed Karthikeyan V. as Senior Vice President – Operations.

Karthikeyan has been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the organization's operations across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

The appointment comes as Maxivision continues to strengthen its leadership team and expand its presence in southern India, with a focus on operational excellence, patient-centric care, and sustainable growth.

Karthikeyan brings more than 23 years of experience spanning healthcare operations, business transformation, strategic planning, and network expansion. Throughout his career, he has been associated with large-scale healthcare initiatives and has played a significant role in building and optimizing healthcare delivery systems across India and international markets.

Before joining Maxivision, he held senior leadership positions at Lifenity and Lifenity International Healthcare Services, UK, where he led several healthcare transformation projects. Among his notable contributions was his involvement in Maharashtra's Mahadialysis Program, a large public healthcare initiative aimed at improving access to dialysis services across the state.

Prior to that, Karthikeyan spent a significant part of his career with Vasan Eye & Multispeciality UAE, where he was instrumental in the organization's expansion journey.

During his tenure, the healthcare network grew from just two centers to more than 196 centers globally, making it one of the most significant growth stories in the eye care sector.
