Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited has enterd into a strategic partnership with Enthral.ai, a leading Agentic AI-powered, enterprise-class skilling platform.

Under the agreement, the company will deploy a validated learn-tech platform designed for the compliance, training, and documentation needs of regulated environments.

The Learning Management System/ Learning Experience platform (LMS/LXP) trains over 9,000 Alembic learners across different regions.

As part of this engagement, Alembic Pharmaceuticals has transitioned from Success Factor LMS to Enthral.ai’s purpose-built AI-powered skilling platform. This marks a significant shift to a modern, intelligent learning ecosystem, enabling the pharma leader to enhance training across GMP, pharmacovigilance, and compliance programs.
