MediBuddy, India’s digital healthcare platform serving more than 37 million lives and over 1,200 corporates, has appointed Shalabh Shrivastava as Head of Operations, strengthening its leadership team as the company scales its healthcare offerings across enterprises, insurers and consumers.

Shrivastava brings more than two decades of experience in building and scaling high-volume operations across consumer technology, e-commerce, retail and consulting. Most recently, he led product, design and operations for Swiggy’s driver organisation, supporting one of India’s largest hyperlocal delivery networks.

At MediBuddy, Shrivastava will focus on strengthening the systems and processes supporting the company's expanding healthcare network, with an emphasis on operational efficiency, technology-led automation and execution capabilities required to scale.

His appointment comes as MediBuddy enters a new phase of growth. The company reported its first EBITDA-positive quarter in Q4 FY26, with an annual revenue run rate exceeding Rs. 1,500 crore. Online consultations also grew by more than 90% year-on-year during the quarter.

Satish Kannan, Co-founder and CEO, MediBuddy, said, “Shalabh brings this mindset along with deep experience building and scaling operations and supply chains across consumer technology companies. We are confident his leadership will help strengthen our operations and support our larger purpose of making quality healthcare more accessible.”

Before joining Swiggy, Shrivastava spent more than a decade at Flipkart, where he held leadership roles across first-mile, last-mile and third-party logistics before becoming VP & National Head of Large & Furniture Supply Chain.

Commenting on his appointment, Shalabh Shrivastava said, “What Satish and Enba have built at MediBuddy is both ambitious and meaningful. They have created a platform that brings together multiple parts of the healthcare ecosystem with the larger goal of making quality care more accessible. Their vision, and the opportunity to help shape its next chapter, is what drew me to MediBuddy.”
