Unison Pharmaceuticals has appointed Prasad Mahajan as General Manager, bringing more than 18 years of experience across pharmaceutical quality control, quality systems, regulatory compliance and laboratory operations.

In his new role, Mahajan will lead the company's quality control initiatives, strengthen regulatory compliance and drive operational excellence across its manufacturing and quality functions.

Prior to joining Unison Pharmaceuticals, Mahajan served as Associate Director – Quality Control at Biocon, where he was responsible for quality control and related laboratory functions.

Earlier, he held key quality leadership positions at Zydus Group, Mylan and Cipla, building extensive experience in quality control, laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, CAPA, Lean management, analytical quality systems and team leadership.

His appointment is expected to further strengthen Unison Pharmaceuticals' quality leadership and support the company's focus on regulatory compliance, quality systems and operational excellence across its manufacturing operations.
