The company secured new accounts, including ACCESS-PVI trial sites, and aims to strengthen global commercialization efforts

Microbot Medical, developer of the LIBERTY Endovascular Robotic System, is witnessing growing commercial traction following the full market release of its robotic platform at the recent annual meeting of the Society of Interventional Radiology.

The company announced it secured new accounts across key sales territories, including two healthcare centers that previously participated in the ACCESS-PVI pivotal clinical trial evaluating the LIBERTY system.

The company is now preparing to showcase the LIBERTY system at the upcoming Annual Global Embolization Symposium & Technologies Conference 2026, scheduled to be held in New York City from May 14–17, 2026. The conference is expected to attract more than 1,000 interventional radiologists and interventional oncologists from around the world.

Microbot Medical said participation in GEST 2026 forms part of its broader strategy to expand its international commercial footprint and build global infrastructure for the LIBERTY platform. Supporting this initiative, the company recently appointed Alon Tamir to lead commercialization efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

“We are seeing the effects of a strong tailwind post SIR and are off to a strong full market release as we have already added new accounts and are pursuing several other opportunities across existing and newly added sales territories,” commented Harel Gadot, Chairman, CEO and President.

“With increased usability of LIBERTY, we believe peer-to-peer communications between current and future users has expanded which could drive physicians to our booth at GEST to experience LIBERTY firsthand; helping to sustain this momentum," Gadot added further.
