Aryse Health launches in Bengaluru with preventive, data-driven healthcare model

Doctor-led health optimisation platform uses 200+ biomarkers, advanced diagnostics and AI-driven analysis to identify health trends before they develop into disease

Aryse Health has launched in India with its first clinic in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, introducing a doctor-led health optimisation model focused on identifying and managing changes in health before they develop into symptoms or diagnosed disease.

The company describes this period as the “preventive window” — the stage between conventional reactive healthcare and the wellness industry, where measurable changes in an individual's health may already be emerging but may not yet warrant a diagnosis.

Its flagship optiME membership begins with an in-depth assessment using more than 200 blood markers, alongside diagnostics such as DEXA and VisBody.

The assessment establishes a baseline across metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, body composition, sleep and recovery, cognitive health and biological ageing.

The resulting data is analysed through Resolute AI, Aryse's intelligence platform, which is designed to identify patterns and trends across an individual's health data and compare them with longevity protocols. A multidisciplinary clinical team then uses these insights to develop a personalised health programme.

The care model follows three stages — Measure, Monitor and Mitigate — with members undergoing initial assessments, personalised interventions, ongoing monitoring and quarterly reassessments. A dedicated Engagement Manager coordinates the member journey, while clinicians and specialists work from a shared care plan.

Dr. Gurmeet Soni Bhalla, CEO and CMO, Aryse Health, said the platform is focused on the years before conventional healthcare typically becomes involved, when the body may already be undergoing changes but there remains an opportunity to understand and act on them.
