Lupin India has elevated Rohit Nayyar to the position of Senior Vice President, recognizing his leadership in sales, marketing and commercial strategy.

In his new role, Nayyar will be responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, expanding the company's portfolio and executing strategic initiatives across the organization.

Prior to his elevation, he served as Vice President – Sales & Marketing and Cluster Head (Sales & Marketing) at Lupin India, where he played a key role in strengthening the company's commercial operations.

Nayyar brings more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning sales, marketing, profit and loss (P&L) management and business leadership.

Before joining Lupin, he held leadership positions at Cipla, Zuventus Healthcare, Sun Pharma and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he contributed to commercial strategy, market expansion and organizational growth across multiple therapeutic segments.

The appointment reflects Lupin India's focus on strengthening its leadership team as it continues to expand its domestic pharmaceutical business and drive long-term growth.
