IHH Healthcare, in partnership with its subsidiary Fortis Healthcare, has announced the winners of the inaugural IHH Catalyst | Fortis India Edition, a healthcare startup accelerator.

The winners were announced during the programme's Demo Day, where 10 shortlisted healthcare startups showcased their innovations before a jury of healthcare leaders, clinicians, investors, and industry experts.

Previously a 12-week accelerator programme included mentorship, clinical validation, operational refinement, and real-world testing within the Fortis ecosystem.

eNext ICU was named the overall winner for its 24x7 Tele-ICU platform, which addresses the shortage of intensivists by enabling remote monitoring and management of critically ill patients, particularly in Tier II and Tier III cities.

RNT Health Insights secured the First Runner-Up position for its AI-powered medical device that assists clinicians in the early detection of upper gastrointestinal cancers during endoscopy by providing real-time clinical decision support and improving diagnostic accuracy.

Cartogene Therapeutics was named Second Runner-Up for its work in making CAR-T cell therapy more affordable and accessible for patients with blood cancers by significantly reducing the treatment timeline to approximately 8–10 days.

Launched in February 2026, the accelerator received 195 applications from healthcare startups across India. Following a rigorous selection process, 10 startups were chosen for the inaugural cohort, representing innovations in patient care, preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, multidisciplinary care, and oncology.

Ashok Pandit, Group Chief Corporate Officer, IHH Healthcare, said the programme demonstrates how collaboration between healthcare providers and innovators can accelerate the development of solutions that address real-world clinical challenges.

Dr. Ashutosh Raghuvanshi, Managing Director & CEO, Fortis Healthcare, said the accelerator aims to help promising startups validate, deploy, and scale innovations that improve patient outcomes while making healthcare more accessible, efficient, and scalable.
