Sebia, a global leader in in vitro diagnostics (IVD), has appointed Nitin Wadhwa as General Manager, reinforcing its leadership in India as it aims to expand its footprint in the diagnostics market.

Wadhwa brings more than 23 years of experience across sales, marketing, and business development in the medical devices and diagnostics industry. Known for his customer-centric mindset, he combines strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making and a people-first leadership style to drive high-performing teams and sustainable growth.

Before joining Sebia, he led diagnostics sales at Roche India, managing a business of over $220 million. He oversaw a team of more than 120 professionals and collaborated with over 175 channel partners, consistently delivering strong double-digit year-on-year growth.

Earlier in his career, Wadhwa played a key role in driving business transformation at Medtronic India and Abbott Vascular, where he led post-price control go-direct strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
