MetaGO, the doctor-led metabolic health platform founded by the team behind Ketto, has launched its first physical care centre in Mumbai, expanding its digital-first model into an omnichannel healthcare offering.

The new centre will allow members to consult doctors, undergo diagnostic tests and access health coaching in person, alongside MetaGO’s existing digital services, including online consultations, home delivery of medicines and WhatsApp-based coaching.

The company plans to open additional centres in Bangalore and other cities by the end of 2026 as it seeks to expand access to doctor-led metabolic healthcare across India.

MetaGO’s omnichannel care model begins with a metabolic assessment and blood tests, following which members can opt for either a digital or in-clinic consultation with a doctor.

They are then supported through ongoing health coaching, monthly medical reviews and quarterly blood tests.

The Mumbai centre is designed for members who prefer face-to-face consultations and diagnostics while continuing to receive ongoing support through the broader MetaGO platform.

Kunal Kapoor, Co-Founder, MetaGO, said the company aims to shift metabolic healthcare from episodic treatment towards earlier risk identification and continuous, personalised care. He said the Mumbai centre brings doctors, diagnostics and health coaching together while complementing the company’s existing digital services.

Varun Sheth, Co-Founder & CEO, MetaGO, said the physical centre marks an important milestone in the company’s growth and will help it strengthen its presence in key markets while building a scalable omnichannel model.

MetaGO currently has an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs. 12 crore, which the company expects to double this year. It has set a target of reaching 100,000 patients over the next 36 months and plans to invest in its technology, workforce and physical infrastructure to support this expansion.

Since its launch, MetaGO has engaged with more than 1,000 patients, while over 3,000 people are currently at different stages of assessment, enrolment or treatment, according to the company.
